JT-8 coke-oven gas
JT-8 is a kind of new organic sulfur hydrogenation conversion catalyst. The catalyst is mainly used for the hydrogenation conversion removal of organic sulfur and unsaturated hydrocarbon with coke-oven gas whose CO content is below 10%, and olefin content is about 5% as raw material. The conversion rate of organic sulfur of the coke-oven gas with 100-400mg/Nm3 organic sulfur is up to above 97% under the conditions of space velocity of 500-2000h-1, reaction temperature of 250-450ºC, and pressure of 0.8-5.0 Mpa. JT-8Y (preloading sulfur type) JT-8Y hydrogenation conversion catalyst (preloading sulfur type) is a new organic sulfur hydrogenation conversion catalyst. It is based on JT-8Y hydrogenation conversion catalyst, which is preloaded with sulfur through independent research and development process and formula, and the catalyst is mainly used for hydrogenation conversion removal of organic sulfur and unsaturated hydrocarbon with coke-oven gas whose CO content is below 10%, and olefin content is about 5% as raw material. The conversion rate of organic sulfur of the coke-oven gas with 100-400mg/Nm3 organic sulfur is up to above 98% under the conditions of space velocity of 500-3000h-1, reaction temperature of 250-450ºC, and pressure of 0.6-6.0Mpa. After preloading sulfidation treatment, the special sulfidation operation is not required for the catalyst in filling and driving, the driving time is greatly reduced, and the driving operation is simplified. It can reach the optimal activity after ordinary filling and normal warming. |
